I think your great I feel I have to learn the way you play I’m basic the way I play I play traditional church music and nothing else I use to be in the band and played Chicago, Santana … etc but I’m not good because I didn’t get basic classes when my mom prayed for me to learn how to play organ. I would love to learn how to play piano!!

Hi Alan, playing by ear is great, and the good news is you don’t need to learn to read sheet music, you just need to be able to play from simple chord charts that show you what chords to play, and then use your ear to “fill in the blanks” to make it sound good. That’s what I do, and how I teach Piano Genius members. 🙂
